apparently saying "NO" is not as frequent as saying "YES".
a lot of time due to what the Chinese called "face", we don't really decline offers or practically anything else for that matter. it ends up in our own suffering.
saying "NO" really isn't that bad, if we dont want to do something, why be forced to do it just to please others for that few seconds, or to "save face" for that particular second.
supporting in saying "NO" !!
